FAMILIES OVER BILLIONAIRES BUS TOUR
MAKING A STOP IN PORTLAND

The Mainers for Tax Fairness Coalition has announced that the national “Who Pays?” bus tour is making a stop in Portland, Maine, on Tuesday, June 30 at 6:30pm in Monument Square.
This tour is designed to tell the local story behind who’s gotten stuck paying the bill for the massive tax breaks Congress delivered to American billionaires and powerful corporations one year ago.
This tour isn’t about partisan politics. It’s about accountability. It’s about coming together to build a better future. It’s about what happened after Washington shifted even more wealth and power to those at the top: schools stretched thinner, health care costs rising, food banks struggling, and working families asked to do more with less.
Come to Monument Square at 6:30pm on Tuesday, June 30 to hear from your neighbors—local Mainers—who’ll share their stories, stories that show why we need a tax system that works for everyone, not just the ultra-rich.
