Hope is the theme of this first week of Advent. 

And hope is at the center of Giving Tuesday, celebrated each year after the conspicuous consumption of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.  Founded in 2012, this global generosity movement inspires people to imagine a better world and then contribute to its creation.

This week is also the start of MCC’s annual end-of-year fundraising appeal. In the next day or two, when our fall newsletter arrives in your mailbox, it will include a letter inviting you to make a donation and reminding you that your generosity has the power to create meaningful change in the world.
